Issues...I need help!!

If you haven't noticed my sidebar is at the bottom of my page. I have spent the last two hours (I know, what a waste of time) switching templates, redoing page elements, googling, reading, and trying every suggestion on-line, but as you can see my sidebar is still at the bottom. Andy tells me it must be something in the code (thanks for the help babe), but I cannot figure it out. Anyone out there have any suggestions??

I took a crack and couldn't figure it out. Sorry. :(

Interestingly enough, the blog comment page works just fine. I compared the source of the two and they look the same. I'm not well versed in java, so there's probably something really bured in there I'm missing. :(
